Marita Foundation is a registered non-profit organization (NGO) and an initiative by Marita Travel & Tours Ltd.

As a way of giving back to the community, Marita Tours & Travel came up with an informative campaign aimed at empowering and improving the lives of communities in Uganda.

Our mission in all this is to empower underserved communities by developing sustainable systems that increase access to health care services, disease prevention and economic empowerment in Uganda for sustainable development

Part of the proceeds from Marita Travel & Tours go in support of rural impoverished community activities through Marita Foundation.

We give special attention to the poorest of the poor especially the vulnerable women and children, orphans, the elderly, widows, and the school children

Working with the government of Uganda, donors, volunteers and well-wishers, Marita Foundation is aimed at drastically improving people’s lives through improved health and economic empowerment
